Q: How can I support my child’s BJJ journey?
A: Encouragement and support are key; attending classes and events with them, talking to them about what they’ve learned after class, and ensuring they practice regularly. However, while classes are being taught we ask parents to refrain from any interaction with the students so coaches have their full attention, helping us to nurture their understanding of independence and responsibility in a stimulating environment.
